"Wir hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, da wir nach den Stadtbesichtigungen von Pilsen, Karlsbad und Prag Abends den Wellnessbereich nutzen wollten. Bei Ankunft schon die Ernüchterung, Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs gegen Voranmeldung. Bei der Beschreibung in Expedia war nur die Wellnessbehandlung (sprich hierunter fallen normal Massagen etc) angesprochen, was ja üblich ist. Weder an der Rezeption noch die versandte E-Mail brachte Erfolg, dass sich das Hotel dem Problem annahm. Dann...

"Udda boende, enbart 3 rum och på marknivå. väldigt hårda sängar, ingen TV på rummet. Vacker lägenheten men som sagt lite udda. Stort plus för den goda ölen vid incheckningen."
