"My friend and I booked the Charisma during our first trip to Mykonos. The property and staff are truly wonderous. We really enjoyed our time there and felt like a part of a family. The staff started communicating with us a few weeks prior to our arrival and made sure to have transportation available. They helped us with our bags and even upgraded one of the rooms.
