My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. "We feel deeply deceived. This was not a vacation, but a physically and mentally exhausting ordeal. The apartment was in shocking disrepair and completely unfit for rest.
