"This is a really beautiful newer hotel in Oaxaca. It’s away from noise but easily walkable to the city center. The rooms were quiet and had an amazing shower. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Food was good, but there are better options. The only thing I wish they had was a male therapist at the spa But a really great hotel."

"We stayed in a Classic Room at Hotel Santa Cecilia, and it was exactly as pictured—warm, inviting, and tastefully decorated with local artwork. The linens were clean, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always arranging taxis promptly when needed. As vegetarians, we especially appreciated the chef’s effort in preparing delicious vegetarian versions of local dishes, including Tlayuda. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15–20 minute walk from the city center (Centro), making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet stay. I highly recommend this place."
