"Staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Location is good. Room was cleaned and made everyday. Having outdoor pool is great, but it can use some updating. Tiles are falling apart. Location is good.Close enough to walk to the centre or a quick taxi ride (only cost 80 pesos). Some areas definitely need refurbishment especially floor tiles in bathroom and mosquito screen in the room. We had to use bug spray bed time. Restaurant is good. Love the food we chose.the waiting staff just amazing"

"There are not enough stars to rate our stay at Quinta Real Oaxaca. We stayed for 9 days and have never been treated so well in all our days. The property is a real jewel. So unique. The staff are the best you could ever find and enhanced our experience ten fold. 5/5 stars +++"

"The staff is friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal. It's in a perfect location for tourists. If I ever go back to Oaxaca I will almost certainly stay here again. Oh and the hotel itself is beautiful."

"Excellent balance between price and benefits, it has a great location about six blocks from the cathedral and about two blocks from the market. The staff is very nice and polite, I loved the pool. They have limited parking space within the hotel premises but if you pay a little extra they offer parking space around the corner ($140 which is roughly $7 usd for 2 nights), it is also pet friendly it costs $150 per day which is aroun $7.5 usd. Althought it is not sound proof and the rooms are very plain I think for the cost it is worth it, I would definitely recommend it and will use it again in the future."

"My stay was decent. The quality wasn’t the greatest but for the price, you shouldn’t expect too much. The shower didn’t get hot and the bed was kind of hard. The staff was very nice but I never saw them after I checked-in. The WiFi was good and they had Netflix/Fire stick for the tv which was very nice. Lots of bus stops near the hotel so very convenient! "
