"Location is beautiful, staff is very accommodating. The place itself is really nice, it’s just they let it go a little bit. Could use some pressure washing and some new pool chairs. And there are old rundown carnival type rides that don’t work which is weird. Also, they had a couple things that was odd that we didn’t have like there were not any pepper shakers in the restaurant, which by the way I use the word restaurant loosely as it’s just a outside buffet bar that they use for all three meals. Also no washcloths in the rooms. Also, if you wanted to make a reservation for the other restaurant, you only could do it between two and four, and we were only able to do that one out of the four nights because they are apparently closed on Sundays. But for the price and location, I really can’t complain, those are just nitpicking. Again very great staff and beautiful location!"

"Incredible views from the premium rooms. Beautiful public beach. The driving staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed the premium lounge for a quiet cool break. I recommend the buffet and staff at the snack bar. We enjoyed breakfast there in a quiet and professional setting. Lots of elevation and many stairs between the rooms and amenities. "

"Overalls a decent trip and all serving staff and welcoming staff were wonderful. Our concierge Kevin was very helpfull and available. Food was good! I was disappointed in the replenishment of drinks and snacks in our room…the last day we had no face clothes replaced and the hotel lotion bottle not replaced. To me these little things that moved my rating down…outside of that it was a really good experience. "

"Our family had a terrific time at this lovely property. The beautiful gardens were full of iguana and butterfly sightings and it’s just a 3 min walk to the beach. The included breakfast was quality and the rooms were simple but clean. Our kids loved the pool and we adults found paradise sipping the pina coladas delivered poolside. The private exited parking was also a plus as were the super friendly and helpful staff. Great find! "

"Basic but clean and tidy hotel with a nice restaurant. There are three pools, which is a good feature, but unfortunately my daughter cut her foot on a damaged pool step that had not been repaired. The owner initially agreed to cover medical costs, but later refused after we received a partial refund through Expedia when we had to cut our stay short. This was disappointing and felt unfair. Overall, the hotel is fine in terms of cleanliness and facilities, but the unresolved safety issue and how it was handled left a negative impression."
