We went as a family with about 10kids total, this is a definitely older crowd who gave the kids crusties when they splash them with a ball or screamed too loud. "The staff for really good overall but disheartening when you go to an all-inclusive and if you're not handling them a $5 tip every time they bring a drink then you watch them avoid you. The food was good overall but there is no buffet backup so if you don't have a reservation you're eating at the coffee shop. And we were stuck here during the cartel attack and had to stay and they tried to hit me for double what Expedia charges. Super slap in the face. The concierge Carlos was extremely good to deal with."
