The beach and jetty very clean and picturesque, pool area in garden lovely and a beautiful spa with gardens. The food is amazing and all the staff amazing. "We had a room on the entrance side of the hotel. We could see the ocean but would have liked a room so we could get the sun on the balcony in the evening. Next time I will request it. We could not fault this hotel for the cleanliness. All the staff greeted you and were always cheerful. The breakfast was amazing and such a fantastic choice, you could never go hungry. "

"I would 100% recommend this hotel. One of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Breakfast was great. The location is perfect with idyllic views from our room. Even saw a dolphin from our hot tub. "
"Had a bungalow with lounge and terrace. Good aircon and lots of space. The furnishings and decor are a little old but good quality and clean. One of the cupboards smelled a little musty but all in all it was great and good value for money. The staff are friendly and courteous. There great shower rooms between the upper and lower pools which were both quiet and well kept with free towels by the top pool. There are tennis courts and mini golf too. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and good quality. They let us use a room to shower and change the day we left as we had a late flight. You can use the gym, bar, pool and “beach” at the lusher bonanza playa across the road but they won’t let you have towels or use sun beds by their pool. I suggest saying you forgot your “black room card” when asking for towels if you want rise that pool. I was too honest! You can get buses to Palma or Portals Nous and beyond. This is high end and worth a visit with nice beaches. Nandi beach bar down the hill was one of the best beach bars I’ve ever been too and well worth a visit for a chilled out dinner with DJ set. All in all, for the price I recommend this hotel and would definitely return. I’d say 4.5 stars given price. Just a bit dated. "
