"The highlight of staying at this hotel is the beautiful gardens which surround the villas and pool. From our balcony we enjoyed looking out onto flowering tropical plants, palms and listening to the birds sing. The photos in the ad for this hotel are exactly what you can expect. The villas enjoy the use of a small pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is a wonderful space to relax. I'm addition to having beautiful grounds the hotel is only a short five minute walk from the beach. The villa itself was comfortable and very clean. It had a studio layout with a small couch and table and chairs. The balcony was a highlight for us and we spent time there in the morning and evening when it wasn't too hot. The stairway up to the villa entrance could be cleaned. I don't think it was swept during our stay and dirt and leaves accumulated over time. At night ants could be seen crawling along the ceiling in the room which was unsettling, but they never bothered us. We learned during our trip to accept the presence of insects in our accommodations as part of life in a tropical climate. Breakfast was included every morning at the restaurant and it was quite tasty. There were a few different options to choose from and each was accompanied with a plate of fruit and a glass of juice. We did eat dinner at the restaurant on our first day and the food was good but overpriced for what it was. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend."

"I absolutely adore this property and will definitely be coming back! I feel it had everything I needed without needed to ever leave. The shuttle service was amazing, the beach you could walk to (but the shuttle will take you). They had a restaurant on the property, and a restaurant right across from the main entrance. A mini market by the beach. Pools, bars, jacuzzis. The rooms were very clean. I felt safe. I even took a few Ubers when I left the property. The view is sooo amazing. To wake up to that every morning was the highlight. The resurgent is also overlooking the view. It was such a peaceful and resetting vacation, with all you need to have a good time. The bed is my only con, it was very hard and stiff. But, I am still planning to come back!! For sure! Would recommend. Don’t think twice! And book a room facing the beach! It makes the entire trip worthwhile! "

"This property is absolutely gorgeous. I was disappointed in the management of the the property. Arriving guests had to wait a long time to check In and to get simple questions answered. They never answered the phones at all. The property is huge so you have to walk a lot but they have shuttles that never seemed to come to our building. They have limited towels and the food was horrible. There were very limited food choices and it was bland to taste. We tried the specialty dinning and the food was not good at all. We had to check out early due to having to drive 3 hours to another airport. The attendant would not let us exit without a piece of paper and this caused us to travel late during the night. If the lines weren’t so long we should have just been able to leave. I would not stay here again unless they made a lot of changes to their iteniary. "
