its was in a great location and very clean, the outside area was tidy with a clean pool

The location is good as it is located near the Yumbo, therefore good if you like going out, however not too close to the beach (about 1km). The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are good and spacious however there is no kitchenette (it is almost standard in the area). The hotel is good however it seems "cheap", for example the toiletry is minimal (shower gel and shampoo), of poor quality and provided only small bottles on the first day (not every day as normally). Also it is required a deposit to get towels for the pool. Breakfast is also extremely minimal with little choice. For the price there would be better choices in the area.

In Ritual Maspalomas we have two kind of rooms, the Junior Suites and the Apartments, there are apartments available with kitchenette and all cooking facilities.
I disagree with your definition of the breakfast considering it has for the price of 10 euros a breakfast buffet assorted with two different juices, milk, coffe, a variety of tea, chocolate, five different bakkery as chocolate Neapolitan, cream Neapolitan, chocolate donuts, glazed donuts, muffin, croissant, four different kinds of bread, three different kinds of mermelade, butter, honey, nutella, fresh squeezed tomatoe, olive oil, six different kind of cereals, dates, raisins, plums, cheese, ham, turkey, sausage, scrambled eggs, mini sausages and bacon. And you considered EXTREMELY MINIMAL.

It was nice to the property had been totally refurbished with clean modern rooms, air conditioning & double glazing, however it did seem unusual that there was no drawers in the room to keep underwear or smalls so we had to keep them in the suitcase also only 3 coat hangers per person which was slightly inconvenient for an 11 night holiday!!

Thank you for taking your time to leave your coments and rate us. It is true that there is no drawers in the room but there is a big red trunk if you didnt mention. Sorry about the hangers, you should have required to the front desk and house keeping would have given you more... next time!
