Beautiful location and great proximity to Xcaret park. However, you can tell they are short staffed in some areas and by the end of the night they might be overwhelmed or tired to follow through with any requests. The food was ok. Would still come back with the family.

We loved everything! The food was outstanding, but you should make reservations before the trip. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the two hammocks on the balcony. Resort is very updated and well kept-very nice and helpful staff, very clean and beautiful the only negative, which was no fault of the hotels, was the seaweed! it stunk so bad we didnt use the balcony we upgraded t, nor did we want to go to the bar because of the smell
