"The team were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was tastefully decorated but dated. The grounds and pool area looked nice. The door was tricky. You had to put a lot of strength into turning the key to open it. Also the balcony door was difficult to lock. "Absolutely loved this hotel! Room was lovely, breakfast was amazing. And I’ve never been to a hotel that has a buffet 8-1.30pm! The lobby is so relaxing, bar prices are brilliant considering it’s a hotel. Didn’t like the check in machines as it’s long winded and you don’t feel like you’re being welcomed. But that is the one and only negative I can say! Loved our stay!"
