"The staff were 100% lovely, helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was fixed immediately. The hostel is kept super clean throughout. Guests were truly international and there was a great friendly vibe. Kitchens and seating on ground floor and roof, from where you can see the ocean nearby. Free drinking-quality water, first time I've seen this in many trips to the Canaries. Good wifi. Main showers and basins in safe-feeling unisex area on middle floor. Clean and warm IKEA bedding. Super convenient to beach, good supermarkets, buses, etc. I was in the 4-bed female dorm that has a window to atrium rather than to outside. That could have been annoying at night but the staff ensured quiet from 23:00, so it was probably quieter than an external window? Imagine it's hot in summer, but then you are in the Canaries...
