"We had a great time at the hotel, the venue is clean and has good facilities. As a vegan, the vegan corner at buffet was brilliant and the food was varied and tasty. The absolute best bit however, is the reps who are fantastic and keep the energy high and entertainment constant!"

"We just got back from a two week family holiday 1-14 Aug 2026. Two adults and two children 9 & 11. We stayed in the Adventure Park area but also had access to all other areas. We had a great time. Lots of activities during the day to keep the kids entertained with multiple pools, pool side entertainment and kids clubs etc…We all really enjoyed the evening shows and entertainment. Animation Team were exemplary. Food was really good at all times of the day. The main restaurant did get a little over crowded on some evenings - that is the only sight flaw I can highlight. Rooms were spacious and well maintained by the cleaning staff. 15 minute walk to the marina and nearby beach which was stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We didn’t feel the need to upgrade to the gold package."

"After a couple of hick-ups with our room in the beginning that were sorted out well, we liked the room very much. We spent 2 weeks there while travelling the whole island with our rented car. We had a nice holiday despite the very strong winds on the island. We didn ’t use the beaches for a long time like in other beach holidays but we travelled and seen almost everything in the whole island. Breakfast was a bit too boring for us and ended up eating mostly fruits which were in abundance and we bought dips and snacks from Aldi and Lidl not far from Yaiza. Overall we enjoyed the stay."

"Very peaceful setting for the hotel with several restaurants closeby. The most delicious breakfast was served with such a variety each day. Comfortable and clean room with friendly staff. There are no tea or coffee facilities and the bar wasn't open but we would highly recommend the Hotelito. "
