"10 out of 10, this hotel was absolutely amazing they had thought of everything. You can fault this hotel. My balcony was amazing just perfect for me so nice to get comfy loungers on your balcony. Absolutely spotless throughout, the whole team of housekeeping are amazing and work so hard as this development is huge. "Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. "Great find! Apartment was good and clean. Staff helpful and friendly Pool looked clean. Apartment cleaned regularly, with towels being replenished They supplied and iron and ironing board , as some do not ! This is apartment block is situated up the hill, some may struggle a little, but its not too bad( 5 mins walk) Shop at the bottom so you can get most of what you may need Lovely restaurants and bars (Jukebox) nearby Bus stops everywhere, accessible, easy to use and cheaper than cabs Opposite the mountain, and you can see the sea from here Will come back to this again!"

"Arrived on late Thursday morning on 14th May. Stood outside for 6 minutes before the virtual receptionist let us in. We had to wait till approximately 2.30 to get into our room. The resort was not busy so cannot see why we couldn’t have obtained our room earlier. We were informed that the rooms only get serviced every other day which we thought was a bit strange as every other apartment/ hotel room we have stayed at has always been serviced everyday day with beds made, bathrooms cleaned and fresh towels provided. The bar didn’t opened until 12 so if you wanted a drink before this time you were out of luck - if you wanted a drink after 6 you would have to go into the resort or buy your own. Everything in the bar is out of bottles and cans - nothing is run on draft. The drinks are not cheap either. We were spending €50 per day on 4 gin and tonics. The bar food on offer the first day was fine. The other days we were given a basic menu and told that the kitchen was closed (we have since found out that the chef was on holiday and the other chef was having an operation) while we understand this - the management should of got someone in to cover the absenteeism. So we were offered basic ping food which for the price they wanted we didn’t think was acceptable. WiFi is awful - you have to reconnect everyday if not every time you leave your apartment. On the plus side you have two amazing staff - Davide and Muta - who were brilliant and very friendly and helpful on all accounts."

"The Marina Suites hotel was absolutely fabulous. We knew nothing about it only what we seen on the website. We were very pleased with everything about it. The location the amenities the food at breakfast which is as included in our price. Everything was great. The place was spotless the staff were outstanding so helpful and friendly and always there to welcome us with a smile each day. Our room no. 721 was so spacious and airy and well worth paying the extra for. The views of the marina and beach were amazing both day and night. We loved it. I’d thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico."
