With no elevator, staff insisted on carrying our bags to the 3rd floor and getting us settled in. Power came back on the following morning. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. This hotel is a 1 minute walk from the SdC Cathedral and in the center of "Old Town". We HIGHLY recommend this hotel! "
