"Amenities were cleaned well, though my beddings seemed to be used (found what appeared to be makeup on the flip side of my pillow). Would’ve been useful to know beforehand that the rooms were not real rooms, therefore not soundproof. Also had to help new guests through a check-in process at 9:30pm one of the nights (miscommunication on some people’s parts). I loved that it was so close to a subway station. "

"We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so...

"This was my first stay here and I absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic — everything I needed was just a short walk away, including restaurants and a supermarket. The room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent that made it feel extra welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and comfort.
