"Das Restaurant verfügt nicht über eine Rezeption und ist auf Events am Wochenende ausgelegt. Dies sollte man unbedingt wissen, ich habe dies erst kurz vorher herausgefunden. Es gab keine info vor Anreise über die Schlüsselübergabe, erst auf Anfrage habe ich diese erhalten. Das ist etwas schade. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen im polnischen Hinterland. "This property was great, after an other local virtual check in failed to send me instructions to get in, this place accepted my book couple of hours prior and I arrived and 1 am and got checked in and sorted formalities, reception say on the day spoke English which was a relief at that time in the morning, the room much more presentable that most Travelodges in the uk, can’t argue with price as was £25, no complaints for the price and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again "

"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

"The apartment was exactly what we expected and really nice. I did the booking 1,5 hour before arrival so I sent a message on WhatsApp and the communication and help was amazing! I do recommend this place to anyone :)"
