"Well of course the views are EXCEPTIONAL! But the staff was wonderful, the breakfast and food at the pool were divine (and I’m Greek!) and the pool area was idyllic. It’s in central area but a little bit outside all of the noise, which is perfect for relaxation. Plenty of restaurants and beaches around to keep you busy, if you don’t have a car!"

"The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space. My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed. The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day. I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels. I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness. I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind. Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay."

"We spent an enjoyable week at this hotel and were very satisfied with our experience. The pools were lovely, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, making our stay comfortable. The dining options were impressive, with a great selection of meals that catered to various tastes. While the sea had some waves during our visit, it was still enjoyable for swimming and beach activities. "We stayed at this hotel second time and once again we were impressed with the attention, quality of service and hospitality of the management team. The hotel is located in Marmari village with easy access to the local buses to go to Kos Town or other destinations. If needed there are local shops on the main village road. The hotel complex is a collection of two-storey buildings in a well maintained green surroundings. Sandy beach with the hotel provided sun-beds is a 2-min walk from the main complex. The rooms are modern, tea/coffee making facilities are available in the rooms. Mini fridge, air conditioning, TV in the room are all in the working order. Towels, bedding are new. Rooms cleaned daily. Nothing to complain about, all organised for the guests to have a truly relaxing time. The main restaurant serves a wide selection of different buffet options to please any possible requirements. The two other hotel restaurants (on the beach and next to the swimming pool) are equally impressive for more on-the-go quick bite options. The hotel team is very impressive. They all really care to make sure their guests have great time. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend for families with children. "

"The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, and always ready to meet all requests or sort out any issues. Special thanks to Ianis and Ron for giving us rides with good humour throughout our stay. The hotel is a bit far away from the beaten track, and renting a car or taking the all-inclusive option is highly recommended. We will definitely come back and stay longer. "
