"Staff were excellent during the stay. The value of the chalet and onsite amenities is superb. Camilla at the breakfast cafe was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with in the mornings. The staff was very accommodating and patient despite me not knowing Portuguese with a few English speakers onsite. Will stay again if i have another weekend in the area"

There really wasn't a check in process, she just walked us to our chalet (we stayed in the Exclusive) and walked us through everything in the chalet.
