"Excellent location in the old town, staff are helpful when needed, shower rooms available after check out is especially thoughtful. We happened to stay there few nights where fireworks competition was taking place at the beach, which we just realised when we heard the lasting sound. If the hotel inform the guests a out the venets happening, we would be better prepared to enjoy it."

"The location is excellent—quiet, clean, and well-suited for the heat of Alicante thanks to the effective air conditioning. However, there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the absence of tissues in the room and a non-functioning phone, which made it difficult to contact room service."

"The hotel is walking distance to the bus station which has direct transportation to and from the airport. Receptionist were great really helpful and friendly, which sets u the rest of the trip. Room was cleaned daily and to a great standard. Room has AC and our was large and good sized bathroom. Rooftop pool is great, which also has a small bar. Highly recommended."
