"Cuidado y con muchos detalles que en otros lugares ya no se tienen en cuenta. La cama era super cómoda. La limpieza de la habitación excelente. Toallas, albornoz, zapatillas de estar en casa, cepillo de dientes... nos dejaron cápsulas de café y leche una botella de agua y bombones de cortesía. "Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. But little touches in the bedroom could be improved, like having a desk and raising the height level of the full length mirror (I was cut off from the neck up). It was a heatwave and the AC, having a balcony, made it a very comfortable experience."

"The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom offered a very relaxing shiwer experience. The team really offers an excellent organic breakfast - offering local, self made treats. The yoghurt is simply delicious. I felt welcome from day one - it was like coming into a family. Great support before the check in, during my stay and when leaving. The location is amazing - Palafrugell is on the door step, nice walks along the coastal path, only a few minutes away from beautiful beaches or botanic garden. I can only recommend this hotel - deserves a four star status ."

"This was a beautiful hotel. The staff was lovely including the lovely ladies working breakfast and the restaurant was quite nice. The staff at the front desk gladly stored luggage, gave us a map and with gave us info on where to go and eat, where to park for free if we didn’t want to use hotel parking for a small fee, and was always available, The location is prime on the beach and our balcony was great! We could hear ocean and it was serene and rejuvenating. An amazing value and we will definetly return, thank you for an amazing experience!"

"Comfortable beds, very cleam bedroom, bathroom good shower, thogh bery limited wardrobe and storage within the bedroom. We had a room with sea view and balcony. Breakfast was ok, good selection including hot foods. We had stayed here before and new yhe hotel. Car parking is very limited to few vehicle's unless ypi want to parl in the extensive surrounding grounds. This can be inconvenient. Hotel Gatbi is on a steep hills unsuitable If you have mobility challenges, J "
