"We booked Blue Hug Apartment expecting comfort and good service, but it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The listing promised a daily housekeeper — this was a complete lie. In reality, the housekeeper came only once every 3 days. During our stay, we didn’t even have basic necessities like towels or toilet paper. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and the shower head was placed so low that only small children could use it comfortably. The room was extremely small, with no hangers to store...
