"The first room had a smell of smoking, and not cigarettes. They gave us a second room and the bathroom was totally filthy. We left the property and went to another hotel. NEVER STAY HERE. "

"I would not recommend staying here. No towels, shampoo containers empty, phone to report issues not working, ice machine not working, safe malfunctioning, and worst of all, the noise level was way beyond acceptable due to noisy partying in the parking lot until after 1am. I do commend the staff for doing what little they could to resolve the issues but they are not given the training, knowledge or authority to handle these issues. Shame on Quality Inns for operating such a dismal property. "
