"Overall I was very pleased with my recent stay with my family here. The room was spotless and very roomy. Only thing that I might’ve had a problem with was a blinking light on the ceiling that was probably a smoke detector. Luckily I had an eye mask with me. The price comparatively was a bit steep. Great stay and friendly service!
"Great customer service! Everyone at the desk was friendly and personable during our stay. The rooms were very clean and cute! Loved the industrial NY loft feel. The beds are extra firm which was my only complaint and they really need softer sheets and heavier blankets because it does get very cold with the excellent A/C but I did ask for blankets and they provided them. Bar staff was friendly. Pool patio is VERY slippery. Sauna was nice. Pool was clean, a hot tub would be a perk! We are looking forward to staying again! And again! The price was perfect! "
