Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. Room was small but clean, bathroom was really small but everything working and in good quality. Alisa the receptionist was lovely, really helpful and always had a smile on her face. "Very happy with the hotel grounds and staff. While it is not central, it is a quick ride to the town center. We had a fun stay and I attribute that to the gentleman who checked us in.
We were tired from our travels and he helped us make suggestions for dinner. We even had an impromptu FIFA watch party which brought the guests together.
The room was super clean, modern and comfortable."

We got into our room and one of the reading lamps on the headboard was pulled out of the wall and live exposed electrical wires were hanging out. "This hotel has self check-in and check-out and nobody is around so it’s all a bit strange. There was someone working at the coffee shop at one point but we had no interaction with anyone from the hotel. We went to get a cup of coffee from the amenity station..and there was no hot water or coffee available…and of course the coffee shop was closed. "The location is absolutely stunning, you see the Alps from the balcony. The breakfast is wholesome and healthy, the croissants are still warm, and everything is super fresh.
The only drawback is that the church across the street is very noisy — it starts ringing its bells at six every morning and it’s always an extensive performance, so if you like to sleep in, you may have difficulties."
