"Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. "This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "The staff were extremely helpful and the place had a nice relaxed atmosphere to it- the breakfast was good and the items were kept topped up to choose from. The hotel was in a good location for skiing so all in all it was perfect for us "

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"Basic French mountain accommodation. Good set up with friendly helpful staff. Avoriaz is pretty cool, loads of amenities. Stayed here for summer MTB, would probably stay again. Little bit tired in apartment but that’s standard unless you’re paying top end."

"Great spot to stay with ample parking! Check in was easy, and the room was great. Not much around within walking distance, but with a car, a quick drive away is a large grocery store and ample restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay! "
