The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. "Stepping into this Venetian gem felt like opening the pages of a storybook. The staff greeted us with warmth and charm, and the housekeeping was so attentive it seemed like a sprinkle of magic kept everything spotless. Our room was a cozy retreat—bright, comfortable, and with a bathroom so lovely it felt like a private spa. The true star, though, was our canal view—waking up to gondolas gliding by was pure enchantment. Mornings were made extra special with the excellent breakfast buffet—so many delicious choices, the perfect way to kick off a day of Venetian adventures.
