Poor communication before arrival: no prior notice that check‑in was only via machine and card, despite request to pay in cash. Unpleasant arrival experience: forced to wait outside in the rain after an exhausting trip. Payment difficulties: inability to pay in cash caused unnecessary stress and delay.
