Staff was great, especially Beth who went over and above to make us feel welcomed and comfortable! Even made fresh brewed iced tea in the evenings which was delicious and refreshing! Best hotel in Monroeville PA!

Staff was great and attentive, the room was nice and spacious as well as the bed and bathroom was nice, updated and that hot water plus water pressure was definitely a bonus! Will definitely stay again!

I come back because of the staff these folks are friendly always smiling. The hotel is quiet and serene for my wife that is fighting Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. She feels safe and relaxed when we return for the Fire Expo when it comes to Monroeville. We also enjoy the breakfast selections when we stay.

Beautiful clean property and valuable price. Only recommendation/request is that they install a magnified mirror in the bathrooms that expanded from the wall for make up applications & close shaves. Otherwise I'll be visiting Holiday inn Express again!

This place is super clean and well maintained. The room was great - plenty of space, comfortable bed, nice work space and bathroom. I really liked the fitness room. Lots of room and plenty of things to do. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend this place.

Desk staff were very pleasant. Ordering room service was a mistake, 2 hours to get half our food and we were in a rush. Don’t order room service and it’s a pretty good stay.
