The room was very clean and bath room was clean and fresh. The shower was in disrepairas it only dispensed HOT WATER. The single knob mixing valve was not calibrated correctly to mix the water to a comfort temperature. We did not have an opportunity to inform the front desk because it was discovered in the morning just before we were getting ready for church services. We informed the front desk when we returned. They were accomodating kind and reseptive.

Really like this Marriott Courtyard! The location is close to everything in the Waterfront District. Tina (at the front desk) is fantastic!! I’d come back here just bcuz of her😀 The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Staff at desk was friendly, but the room key system was down then entire stay. We had to ask for an escort everytime we came back from leaving and it was very inconvenient. Staff was very apologetic but again it was very annoying. Room was clean but seemed dated in some areas, Bathroom, TV. Nice location, just not up to all my other Marriott standards.
