Sanitary. No breakfast meats. But the rest was adequate. Hairdryer in room was broken. Tile on bathroom floor was loose and cracked. No fresh towels on second day of stay

Nice one night stay with excellent customer service. Nice view along with highway. the noise Highway vehicles noise in the evening, maybe only in frontside. Coffee available in the lobby but snacks are for purchase.

A weird looking lady who checked me in kept staring. They did not change sheet or offer fresh towels. The one lady was nice. But the tall Lady who looked Indian or Arabic was very creepy. Walls had damaged. Horrible.

Whose hotel ever. Went through harassment. Paid Expedia in Feb. hotel force and charged again after two hours of argument with Expedia as they claimed money did not come from Expedia even after showing receipt and Expedia rep trying to explain them. Now in a nightmare of getting refund from Expedia as hotel did now allow us. Horrible staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Pool had dirty water, too afraid to use it. Rooms had dirty smears on carpet, bathroom had mildew on the ceiling and holes in the walls. The front desk girl said the extra $100 deposit per room was "in case we steal anything". Overall, atrocious experience.

The room had cobwebs in the corners and the bathroom floor was sticky. The elevator had handprints all over it. The air conditioner made a weird dripping wound and it felt like the people above us were doing gymnastics. The girls at the desk were pleasant so there's one positive. I won't stay here again though, nor would I recommend it.

This hotel is clean and quiet. The check-in process was easy. The breakfast was a bit disappointing from a quality perspective, but not a big deal if you aren't staying someplace for their breakfast.

Pool wasn’t filtered, low pressure, and clumps of hair floating. Required a deposit after paid in full and the refused to refund entire deposit. Claimed a pillow was missing. Manager was loud and nasty refused to speak and owner refused to return call. Refused to check video footage to show I never walked out with their pillow. Questionable stain on the couch, I didn’t have a black light to examine, broken handles on dresser drawer. Would not stay there again. Dealing with Choice Hotels has been a nightmare, boycotting Choice Hotels because of this.

No room service Thermostats and HVAC not working Mold spores on curtains We had to take our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get new ones. They wouldn’t give us any extra towels We bought our own toilet tissue at Walmart, refused to keep asking for supplies Breakfast food was not very appealing or appetizing

There was a pair of underwear in the closet (not sure if they were clean or dirty, I was not willing to check). There was a piece of tape for the threshold walking into the room. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower rack. The toilet was round, but had an oblong lid on it. Which made it very difficult to use.

The front desk attendant couldn't speak English well and billed the wrong card after i explained what I was trying to do. The staircase was dirty and our bathroom had a huge hole(they tried to patch) in the ceiling and wall was falling apart. It was NOT worth the money!
