The lobby was nicely decorated. The rooms were basic, a clean environment to stay in for the night. I did not care for the parking situation. $32/per night to park when I am already paying for the room seems a bit much.

Do not book through a third party, they refuse to honor the actual booking. Suite carpet was sticky and had black stains all over it. Woke up to numerous spiders in the bathroom.

The location next th e PPG arena. Makes it the place to stay for people attending events at the arena. Cons parking cost 32.00 dollars per night, and the breakfast is over priced for guest of the hotel. We will stay there again when attend an event at PPG.Arena.

I loved the parking lot and the close proximity to the arena. The room was clean, but it definitely needs some TLC and upgrading. More outlets or USB ports by the beds and a full length mirror are needed. There was no closet door, there were holes in the walls from previous artwork, and the decorative curtain needs to be fixed/replaced.

The parking lot felt relatively safe Disliked: king size bed VERY noisy - couldn't move without it squeezing and shifting; mold in shower; hotel staff does not make-up room with made bed, lines, collect trash - had to request towels, coffee service; parking expensive; no included free breakfast for an expensive room rate.

A bit pricey for not including parking or breakfast, it's a bit dated with stains in certain areas of the carpet. Upon arriving the power was out. The staff weren't bad like other reviews had mentioned but I try to keep my interactions to a minimum. The pool was okay, nothing fancy. So overall a 6/10.
