"Amazing stay in an incredible place. I have never experienced such a dedicated and warm staff. The spa and the thermal water swimming pool were a bliss, and so it was everything else (spa treatments, restaurants...). The only bad thing is that we had to leave at some point."

Clear instructions in English for how/where to catch the shuttle bus to get to the accommodation and whether payment is required would be EXTREMELY helpful after a long day of travel to get to Orvieto. We were slightly panicked, but then by the grace of God a shuttle bus pulled in across the street and we quickly ran over with our luggage so as not to miss it. The driver told us he was going to the Duomo, and we had to walk with our luggage from there. We didn’t understand whether there was a charge at all for the shuttle bus, but the driver told us we didn’t have to pay."
