"Didn't realize the hotel was in a residential area and not much close. We also had a guy shouting at us from a bus stop. Staff did deal with this and it was appreciated"

"For a Comfort Inn, it’s a decent property. It’s an odd configuration getting to the bar and restaurant. We went to the bar a sat at the table and no one came to serve us. The bar tender was hunched over watching a plate of nachos cook in a microwave and I asked if we could have service. He explained the was no “server” on so I asked him to get our order ready and we would come to pick it up. He did drop of off and we watched him give table service to other guest who arrived after us? Otherwise, it’s just a little dated. The reception staff were excellent."
