"The first room we had, had so much humidity that the sheets and comforter was damp. We did not sleep well at all. The next night we went to another hotel to get some sleep. The third night we were moved to another room which was fine. They were very nice about moving us."

"Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Lovely rooftop bar. You cannot drive directly to the hotel. Parking is a short distance away and you must walk to the hotel on cobblestone streets with your luggage, but this is not too difficult and true of many places in central Matera. "
