"Excellent stay. Very quiet. Room was clean and hotel staff were friendly. Parking was safe. However, I suggest that a diligent search for a more suitable food vendor is conducted. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! The coffee was really though. Thankfully there is a Waffle House within feet from the hotel."

"This should be a motel not hotel I felt unsafe in the room. The swimming pool was closed. I didn’t like the fact that swimming pool was outside and dirty. The staff is friendly but I think some more upgrades need to be made. The room I stayed someone with a loud truck was in and out and on the first day a man came and stood outside our door on the phone for about 2 hours. On this trip I was not happy sorry the photos are misleading on the booking site."

"The first unit we checked in had not been thoroughly cleaned. Had snack food, wrappers, debris under furniture and under cushions on furniture. One chair even had prescription pills under the cushions. Screens on patio doors torn loose from frame. Screen on fireplace torn and loose. Hair was in all drawers in both baths. One shower had bugs swarming in it. The primary bath shower door handle was coming loose and the light in shower did not work. The entry door and patio had multiple carpenter bees flying everywhere. Unit smelled of mold and mildew. Front desk offered to move us to room next door. It was at least cleaner. I complained that the view was not as nice. The first unit was on the front and had mountain views. This unit overlooked the rear parking lot and the back of the next building. Employee agreed, but said only other unit was not on top floor and would be more noisy because these were built in 1960's, very thin walls/ floors.Employee said she would speak to the manager on duty regarding a partial refund for having to deal with these issues and the time spent having to move our belongings. We moved to the second unit. At least it had been cleaned. Still extremely noisy. Could hear every other door that shut and noise from other units. Sheets are extremely worn and scratchy. Dish soap built in pump at sink broken. Bath faucet leaked when hot water turned on. Water has to run to get warm. Plastic bag around smoke detector. No discount because we booked on Expedia."

"Rooms were very clean and hotel backyard area was awesome with the fireplaces and couches. We were upgraded to a large suite and had plenty of room for our four legged companion. The pool was super small and murky looking (we did not go in.) Breakfast offered a large variety of quality food and snacks."

"Rooms were very clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast was good. Kids excited they have both a waffle maker and a pancake maker. Location is excellent for a visit to the Biltmore, entrance is just 2 blocks down the street. We would stay here again."
