"The entire hotel is clean, pretty, smells sweet, welcoming, and just a lovely space. Breakfast was yummy, plenty of choices, good tasting, clean, well presented, and a lovely morning brightener. There is ample parking and we parked close to the entrance. The view of the mountains was magnificent. The hotel is 5 miles from downtown but feels miles away up the parkway. There is an excellent, casual French restaurant RedezVous, about a minute away. The indoor pool is small but immaculate, towels are furnished, and there are bright windows to let in the outdoors. I highly recommend this lovely place to everyone."

"Unfortunately, the pool was being serviced, so we were not able to use it. That was one of the things that was upsetting, because the whole reason we picked this place was for the pool. The only other suggestion I have is that you not spray all that fragrant air freshener, because a lot of people have allergies, including myself, and it took an hour in the door open to hear it out. However everything else was excellent. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. It was very close to the biltmore."

"My wife and kids have been using this Best Western for years and it never disappoints. For affordability, cleanliness, and access to amenities, it's easily the best spot to stay at if passing through or visiting the area. The continental breakfast is a surprisingly great spread, compared to other hotels we've been to! I'll book a room here over anywhere else in the greater Asheville area."

"I stayed in a two bedroom suite with a friend of mine traveling to Asheville for a concert. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms which was really nice and convenient. The balcony, living room and kitchen area were spacious. The balcony was super cute - you can see some mountains from the side of the balcony. The restaurant is under construction unfortunately but across the street is a delicious brewery that has a Cuban food truck that hits the spot. There are plenty of areas that are easy to walk to - I am not afraid of a ten minute walk but the walk across the street was literally maybe 90 second walk to Hi-Wire Brewing. My husband was supposed to make the trip, I actually changed the booking to be a two room suite at the last minute. I liked the spot enough that we are talking about going back just the two of us. Side note, the master bathroom was so spacious. I took full advantage of the soaking tub during our visit. We'll be back!"
