"The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious, with lots of dining options and is an easy walk to the main square. They were also really helpful and kind, especially when my flight was cancelled and I had to shift my plans to stay longer! My only single experience that wasn’t great, was a dining experience where a waiter was unable to assist me with a gluten free (I’m allergic) order as “the chef was too busy to explain to him” and there was no signing on the menu for what was okay to order. However other waiters came in to assist, and although it took 50mins to place an order.. the rest of the experience was so exceptional through my whole stay that in reality this was not a deterrent on my stay. But more a training / process feedback for the hotel to be able to improve their dinner menu & wait staff knowledge for alllergies. Breakfast was great as it was all signed. I would definitely stay again!! "

"We had a smooth checkin and checkout experience. The hotel and the room was very clean. At the time of checking in, we mentioned we had a flight to catch early in the morning and we won’t be having breakfast from the hotel due to that. They were very thoughtful and gave us a breakfast to go when we checkout out early in the morning. "

"We stayed here for one night after completing our Four Day Inka Trail and that's all it took to fall in love with this beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds were wonderful and helped with getting the rest we needed. Breakfast is included, a delicious, buffet style that should please most. After breakfast, we had the opportunity to pose and take pictures with an adorable baby llama!!!! What a treat. The shops in the hotel offered great Peruvian art as did the woman who weaved her own textiles, I'm loving my purchases. Just outside there is a small market that that also offers laundry services at a great price. We took advantage to get our hiking clothing clean and ready to take home. There are many stores and souvenirs shops nearby and you can walk to the Plaza de Armas in no time. Definitely will recommending to family and friends. "
