"Staff was extremely customer service oriented. Everyone made it easy for we mono-lingual Americans in that they all spoke good English. Close to airport. Room clean and nice fruit basket provided. We asked for an early boxed breakfast and as we had early morning flight and it was delicious. Only down side was a rip-off airport shuttle service that was 10 times what it cost on the street"

"The staff was amazing, Rajesh at the front desk and two ladies that were also there were always attentive and helpful. Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter.
The selection of food available for breakfast was awesome, and the staff from the restaurant were always attentive.
The location of the hotel was walkable to many shops and restaurants and it felt safe to do so at night."
