"Charming property and beautiful location. The nicest host you could ask for. I upgraded to the balcony room, which has a lovely view. Breakfast is simple but appreciated, with good coffee. Definitely appreciate the help in finding the location and getting my luggage up the many steps (for which Guanajuato is famous). I'd be happy to stay again!"

"Wow, this place was fantastic! From the very first moment the staff was helpful, kind and friendly. So glad they valet parked the car for us. The location was perfection, we could walk to everything. Our room was gorgeous and peaceful. We loved the high ceilings. We had dinner on the roof restaurant and it was fantastic. We each had a different soup, both were so good and we are still thinking about how yummy they were. Nueva 25 is my new favorite hotel."
