"Bare bones property but room was clean."

"We had a 4:00 p.m. check-in time but the room was not ready until after 7:30 p.m.! The room was spacious and clean. There were two small tables in the room, but no chairs; just a very short bench. The shower floor was very slippery (there was no shower floor mat) and there were no washcloths (washed my face with a hand towel). The faucet was loose."

"I had to admit I was skeptical getting off the freeway passing through the area to get to the hotel. But when we arrived I felt better. The hotel is nestled in a residential area but I didn’t expect it to be so quiet and so clean! The room is so nice, the kitchen area is perfect for a quick getaway and the tv options were great! I felt like I was at home. Sadly we didn’t get to try out the pool or jacuzzi like we planned but we are definitely going to book again for 2 days to test it all out. Down the street are food places, grocery store, convenience stores, bar and boutiques. We had no idea desert hot springs had this stuff. Very nice place for the price. Staff is nice and helpful! "

"Great location and nice restaurant. I have found that hotel rooms reserved through outside sellers like expedia etc are the horrible condition smelly rooms they normally dont rent. My last stay i was given room a room I have declined before. The man handling check in informed me they were sold out. I was stuck with horrible room. 1). Disgusting 10 sq foot Water damaged ceiling, massive roaring machinery such as laundry or hvac was located adjacent to my room. Shower curtain bracket was torn from wall and propped up. Suprise this was a work trip on a average tuesday and they absolutely were not sold out. If you use an outside party to reserve a room at discount, be prepared for their garbage rooms and fight for the normal rooms. Do not take no for an answer. "

"Comfortable beds and great pool area. Needs a little upkeep as the rooms are older, but they are spacious, comfortable and all have balconies or pool access. Super nice staff. "

"We didn’t use the pool. We stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping never once cleaned our room, brought fresh towels, etc. Even after I requested it. Bathroom was dirty "
