"The room was okay. Standard. Couple beds. A fridge. A TV. There was blood on one of the towels, which was a turn off. I messaged the front desk on the Expedia app about getting a late check out. Got a knock on our door at 11am, 'are you leaving soon?'. So don't expect a reply if you use the app. The room was clean enough. But for $240, I definitely expected more. They need garbage AND a recycling. Hope they sort thru the garbage after-the-fact. I wouldn't stay again. The best thing about this place was Kristen's Hideout - the restaurant on the premises. I don't think they're affiliated. Good food."

"The person checking us in charged an extra security deposit per room to my credit card. She said it was for security deposit and will be refunded when we checked out. The next day, we had a different staff check us out and she said the deposit is just on hold, so no need to process any refund. Now when I check my credit card the extra deposit per room (we had 2 rooms) where processed and not refunded. Now I have to spend time chasing the refund."

"Room was literally falling apart. It looks like handyman work I would have done. CAUquing was terrible in the bathroom, shower door swung with a huge gap. shower was lose in the wall and felt backwards. Dirty windows, tracks, cheap sunbeam appliances. absolutely terrible service, check in experience. would not recommend."
