A big problem during my stay was that the hotel advertised as keeping the outdoor pool open till 28 September, but they closed the pool on 21 September (which was disappointing as it was 30 degree sunshine everyday) and one of the staff members was quite rude in her approach. They admitted the hotel advertised incorrectly but offered me no compensation or rectification. It meant no guests staying this week could sit around the pool because they decided to change their terms...

"Google Maps did not come up with the right place. It sent us to Camping Fun, which is approximately 500 metres farther down the street. My husband remembered seeing a sign that said Paradise Resort, and we back to it. If is off-season, and restaurant was closed for remodeling. However, the hotel is 1.9 km away from the city center where there are plenty of cafes, tapas, restaurants and bars. There are also some eating places close to the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and spoke English....
"The hotel was in a quiet suburb with a Chinese buffet restaurant opposite. Well used furniture and as a non smoking room, the evidence of burnt butt marks on the bath edges seen Noisy AC just adequate. Breakfast would have been better if omelette was provided. Good for a 3 star so no complaints. "
"The Front Desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was nice with bacon, sandwiches, fruits, breads and comparable with others we had in Spain. Attached subterranean parking garage is convenient. Hotel lobby/atrium, dining area are very nicely decorated. Even though the hotel is technically in Villa Seca, it was close enough to easily drive into Tarragona. The Air Conditioning was fine."
