"Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "We had a good stay at TocToc suites, the apartment was clean, staff were friendly and most of the things you needed were available. The only thing that would have been nice was a chopping board for preparing meals, but we still made it work.
Would definitely recommend for a short or long term stay in Las Palmas."
