They charged extra for car parking and even washroom in our bedroom was not functioning properly I asked receptionist to sorted but no action made. Moreover I asked for water they said we don’t provide buy from cafe. Poor service would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is old, and when in your room, it shows. Needs some updates to stay relevant, specifically in that area of Vancouver. We won’t likely stay at the Pinnacle again. Not when there are much nicer hotels nearby for the same price range.

The place was economical, but it was not as clean as we were expecting. The room was nice and decent and clean, but I believe some rooms need an upgrade. There was a chemical smell in the lobby that was very strong when we arrived, but it had dissipated by the evening.
