"This is a great property that is located close to restaurants, Douro river boat rides, and wineries. All rooms have excellent views and the property has very nice amenities. There are also hiking trails close by that are safe. We would definitely stay here again. The only odd thing about the property is that the staff was not as friendly as every other hotel we stayed in during our two week vacation(there were seven). It was off-putting not to have them say hello when we entered the lobby...
