"My grandchildren love to swim. We were looking for a hotel with an indoor pool so that they could swim on a cold weekend in March. This property has a very nice pool with a hot tub. The children had a wonderful time and we were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was helpful and responsive. The rooms and public areas were clean and well kept. The cable tv was great with all of my favorite channels available. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings. I highly recommend this property as a family friendly accommodation. "

"Fridge loud. AC not cool. Was approved for late checkout (1pm) and paid the $25 fee but was told no checkout is noon by front desk. Did not care and would not look at the approved time. Had no cancellation policy or I would have gone somewhere else. "

"The room was dingy and the tub had noticable rust and drainage issues. Also randomly at 8:30 I had someone from the hotel attempt to come into my room talking about oh are you staying or leaving? I was like what are you talking about check out is at 11 and yall have in your system when people are leaving. Then he felt dumb and was like I didn’t see cars out so I was checking the room. Then said Rudely to leave the curtain open when I leave so he knows I’m not there. Very un professional and pretty creepy. Like what if I was changing or what if I wasn’t in my room to catch him just wanting to come in because no cars were out. Never again. "

"The room smelled like mold really bad and the breakfast was seriously lacking. We were put in the handicap room, and we are not handicap, so the the shower head was so low I basically had to do a back bend to rinse my hair. My flight was canceled the night we were supposed to get there so we paid for a night we werent even there. They were not reachable when we tried calling to inform them that we werent going to be able to check in the night we had planned. We called 20+ times hoping maybe we could get a refund for that first night, the phone was "unavailabe". Turns out the phone was put on some kind of setting, like do not disturb so no calls were going through....thankfully i prepaid so they couldnt give my room away."

"Room was spacious and the beds were very clean, though some touch ups definitely could've been made in the room. I probably would give it higher than 3 starts but it looked like there was mold and/or water damage under the air conditioner to our room and it smelled very musty in the king room "
