"Lobby and rooms were fantastic. Love that they have valet parking! Super convenient to the university grounds. Empty lots on both sides made it feel like it's a rough neighborhood, but it's not. Some staff were great - others not so much. Loved that there was a room credit for breakfast at the cafe, but line was super long and limited options. "

"This place was nice, clean, a convenient location (access to businesses), the amenities were nice (my nephews enjoyed the pool), the location was also close to the highway (but not too close that it was too noisy), and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was buffet style, and it was fine. "

"I had stayed at the motel a few nights earlier and was exhausted, clumsy, and out of my mind. Apparently, I had left the room in such bad shape (broken glass, which I don't remember, and too much garbage), so they refused to let me stay this time, as I had been put on a Do Not Reserve list. I apologized profusely and asked what I could do to make amends, and they simply refused to accommodate me. I ended up sleeping in my car that night. I am generally a good guest, and this was not my normal behavior - it was simply driven by exhaustion and not thinking clearly. Besides, I thought that's what the cleaning staff was for - surely, I didn't leave it in anywhere near the condition a rock star would have."

"Room is very spacious and well accommodated. All is as advertised and the breakfast is very nice but shuts down a little earlier than advertised. Very convenient to Northgate light rail. "

"The fully stocked kitchen that was promised had not a single piece of silverware/plate/cup/cooking utensil/pot/pan/etc.. what the heck?! Not even any paper towels and the like... this is an extended stay?? Also, for a 3 night stay I was given only two packets of coffee for the little 4 cup pot and was informed that more would be $2 each! What?? The room itself was decently clean but the amount of serious rust and wear on the closet door frame was pretty bad. There were outside lights that were very bright and the room wasnt that dark at all so the sleep was just okay (thankfully the bed was comfortable enough) The shower head was unusually low but provided good pressure so that was nice. Also.. my room key deactivated THREE times for an unknown reason and I had to head back to the office three times.. luckily room 118 was close to the office. Parking was never an issue. Even though I'll probably visit this area again soon for work, I definitely will NOT be returning to this location "

"This is a super convenient property. Easy on and off 405. Rates are very favorable, I must have a suite and theirs is nice and priced well."
