Excellent hotel. Could not fault staff or service. Main two issues were that we booked a resort view room - we looked out onto a small courtyard with a marquee type structure - that was our view!! Breakfast was included as was the gratuity of 20% but the limit was $70 per day so if you have the buffet be careful as anything above $70(including gratuity) is chargeable - not a big issue if you are aware of it but we were not

This is the only place I would choose to stay in Naples. On the beach and great rooms. It doesn’t have that corporate, soulless feel that a certain 5 star group has. I love it here.

Great hotel, excellent location on beautiful beach. Staff sort out the sunloungers and parasols - all included in the resort fee. Excellent grounds and pools. Lovely rooms and hotel. Great buffet breakfast.
Naples is a beautiful place with great restaurants. We did a boat trip and saw dolphins and manatees which I would thoroughly recommend,
